Bio Business School
Co-author of the Bio Business Playbook
Bio Business School is the bio-business centre of Redesign Lab. It publishes the Bio Business Playbook method and tools to design bio-businesses that sell, with their numbers.
My part is cash, capital and funds. In Vol. 1 of the playbook I handled the financial models, costing and cash flow, drawing on my experience running bio-businesses as COO. Vol. 3, Capital, is in preparation.
The Bio Business Kit brings the method to Claude, with a calculation engine validated against the Excel workbook of the book. It is used by the venture lead and their technical adviser.
