Lead of the access-to-capital component and of the programme design
Bio/Builders is the Bio Business School programme to scale bio-businesses. It is the mentoring track for bio-businesses with the potential to scale.
The Ucayali pilot
The first case is a pilot in Ucayali with Pruébalo, the commercial showcase for Amazonian products in Pucallpa. Its network brings together more than 200 bio-businesses from 20 value chains, with more than 1,200 families. The framework agreement was signed on 2 November 2026.
The proposed plan runs for 2 years. Between months 2 and 7, the AI tools and the field workshops get started. Between months 5 and 12, the Bio/Builders mentoring runs, with access to capital. The second year adds circular economy, brands and the replication of the model.
